I believe everyone has the potential to inspire others.

“Inspire to inspire” is my ikigai and the reason why I became a coach.

Years ago, I loved my work. I was passionate, committed and always ready to give more. I believed that the more I worked, the more fulfilled I would feel. Over time, however, I realised that I had lost something essential: the ability to listen to myself. There was no real boundary between work and life, between what gave me energy and what slowly took it away.

Coaching helped me rediscover that balance.
It taught me that growth is not about doing more, but about creating space to understand our emotions, our values and what truly matters. During that journey, writing became one of my most powerful tools. That’s how YourVisualAction® was born: first for myself, then for the people I work with.

That experience inspired me to continue my education and become a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Throughout my career in communication, I had always helped people express themselves more effectively. Coaching allowed me to go one step further: helping people listen to themselves.

Today I coach international clients through BetterUp, work with companies and public institutions, support integration projects as a Schlüsselperson for the Municipality of Risch, and teach adults. Although these roles are different, my approach is always the same.

I listen first.
I create a space where people feel safe to think out loud. I reflect back what I hear, helping them see themselves more clearly. Then come the questions—the ones that create awareness, uncover emotions, values and limiting beliefs, and help transform ideas into meaningful action. Together we define realistic goals and celebrate every step forward, because recognising our progress is part of sustainable growth.

For me, coaching is not about giving answers.
It is about walking alongside someone and saying:
“I’m here. Let’s take the next step together.”

Voice of others

Getting in touch with people means understanding their emotions, points of view, but also values and desires. Writing texts for political leaders has given me a great opportunity to learn how to embrace emotions, capture attention and make the audience participate in a grand vision. Being the voice of respected and loved leaders has made me a proud person and I still continue to this day to combine this activity with coaching, trying to coach people to make their voices heard. Empowering them and accompanying them even in ‘simple’ drafting of texts such as CVs, application letters and professional social profiles,

Inspirational encounters

I lived and worked in China, and this was an amazing life experience that gave me the chance to start my professional path as a communication, pr and events specialist in the public sector. My role was to write speeches, develop governmental website content and organise institutional events. I had the great privilege of meeting Swiss and foreign politicians and leaders, but one of the most memorable encounters was meeting the Nobel Peace Laureate, Yunus Muhammad. His charismatic personality, his selfless actions, and his desire to improve the financial situation of women make him a great person.

Emotion is the key

Communication has always been a discipline for me to explore. Listening to people, noticing their choice of words, observing body language and hearing the similarities and differences between cultures fascinates me. I have always loved reading and writing, it has been one of my best pastimes since childhood. Now I make my passions and interests my work: coaching and communication. The key that unites these two disciplines is emotion. Both when I am with my coachees and when I write speeches, everything is governed by emotion.
